The mobile concierge was friendly. And overall amazing to deal with. The property was clean and in pristine condition. I would highly recommend staying here if you were coming to Calgary and needed a place to stay

Awesome value for being close to Saddledome and parking provided. Could use light bulbs for burnt out lights, hand soap for bathroom and dish clothes for kitchen. Otherwise very clean and AWESOME accommodations. Check in was extremely stress free being air bnb type facility.

staff were good, but the room was not vacuumed well, master bedroom bed was broken, water pressure in the tap was inconsistent, and not much was done to remedy except an apology Check-in was smooth, the building was well kept, and location was great.

The condo was a lot smaller than i thought it would be and there was a party the night before and a lot of stuff was broken. One thing that was really disappointing was i had been specifically looking to rent a place with a balcony but the balcony lock was broken so we couldn't go out there. The guy i was communicating with the whole time and we met with to check us in was amazing though... really nice guy. But for spending almost $300 for one night i didn't really find it worth it.

Overall this place was good. Pros: location, communication. Cons: TV did not work properly, kept on losing signal. Items were broken or in need of repair. Mind you, these were all little things, but it was disappointing because it was not worth the price paid. I would only stay again if everything was in working condition.

The location was great, cleanliness was very good, amenities excellent and condo was spacious. We appreciated the parking and proximity to everything we needed. We did have some issues. The water was shut iff all day which was a problem. Had to walk to the gas station to use the washroom. The mattress in the master suite is not good and slopes into the middle and the frame is noisy making it difficult to sleep. Fortunately this condo has 2 bedrooms so we moved eventually and the other bed was great. The lights were all out in the main bathroom. Luckily it had 2 bathrooms. 2 of the lights were out in the kitchen so it was dark to work in. This could be an awesome unit but needs some maintenance.

The condo was dirty and the one shower couldn’t be used as the drain didn’t work and then it would fill up which is gross! The counters were dirty and there was hair in the one bed it was terrible! We only had one fob which makes it difficult especially when checking out you have to go down to the parking get your car then go back in up to the apartment and leave the key ( they should have a drop box) the apartment itself was nice looking but the lack of cleanliness and very small pillows and hard beds makes it a never again. Too bad because the location is good

There are general photos posted however, when booking a unit, guests need to view the specific photos. Expedia provides these when selecting a unit. The location was perfect as we were close to family. The view from the 24th floor was breathtaking! Shopping and restaurants were a short walk away. There was an amazing market that sold everything you could imagine right around the block. However the bed was in need of repair so did not provide a good sleep. There were many small bottles of shampoo but no conditioner.

Positives: Fancy, nice furnishings, very little wear on anything, Bed was comfortable, couch was comfy, Netflix + Amazon tv + good internet. Kitchen was quite decked out, you could cook almost anything (ok I didn’t see a slow cooker) with what was there. Very clean. Nice view, big city high rise version, of course. I enjoyed looking out at other people working, ha ha! Negatives: Single ply TP, ha ha! No tissues available, no hangers in either closet, not even the ones you can’t remove from the clothes rod; the tea spoons were cleaned out of the kitchen drawer (I’m ok with stirring my coffee with a knife); Night stand light had a black decorated shade, so a bit hard to read by; I couldn’t find the remote for the electric fireplace. The closet seemed to be a repository for unwanted furnishings and leftovers. My complaints are pretty small; I’d give it 4 stars.

The gym is by far the best I've ever seen ! Rooms very comfy and quiet except for the air conditioner rattled quite a bit. Subterranean Market across the courtyard is a great place to get a quick bit .

The view is absolutely beautiful! The space is absolutely beautiful!! Would definitely recommend, my friends CANNOT stop talking about it! It's definitely going to be our regular "in-city" vacation spot. Amazing for the price as well!! Safe area, that's close to everything!

We didn’t get the suite we thought we had purchased. We ended up with a lower priced room, not at all what was pictured. The beds were straight up wire springs and not comfortable in the least.

Great place. Will be nice to have a little more info regarding where and how to access the hot tub and gym. Will be nice to have cable TV or netflix - Fire TV is not a very good option :( All the rest is GREAT

The room was pretty good, not quite like the photos listed. The thermostat wasn't working in the room and I was unable to get ahold of the concierge after several attempts. This left the room at 26.5 degrees the entire time. Location was great and the underground parking was nice.

Love staying in these condos.
Amazing place to stay. Love the apartment style. Check in was much easier. Met me at the location (were a bit late) took me up to the room. Showed me around. The underground parking with my own garage door opener was excellent. The main bed was a bit soft but overall excellent.

not clear on where to park before we arrived. and getting our luggage to the room was very complicated. could have been better. place was not very clean and we did not have tv for over half our stay.

Pictures looked great. But was let down by the experience. Room wasn't clean, bedding was dirty spent a couple hours cleaning the place. Tried to call to get it rectified first but no answer. Left a message they never returned my call. Other than being met to get 1 key and access to the place I was unable to contact them. I asked for a second key but they never communicated with me. I guess if you can't get ahold of them they don't get complaints. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

The staff at Suite Digs called to confirm when I would be arriving so I explained how & when I would arrive. Even though I had already confirmed they called twice more... The reservation showed as being for the “Keynote Two” property so I waited at the building for about 25 minutes and tried calling to see where they were but it was going to voice mail. Eventually a fellow called & told me that I was at the wrong building and should be at the one next door, “Keynote One”... so I walked over there. Once in the unit, the fellow asked for my ID & credit card so he could take a picture of both with his phone. I objected. He said it was their standard practice & they delete all copies after check out. I insisted that I would not allow a copy of my credit card so I suggested that he cancel my reservation & I find another place to stay. He said that I look trustworthy & he would let me stay without taking a photo of my credit card but that he would need a copy of my ID (still not okay, but I let it slide). The day before I was supposed to check out housekeeping tried to get in with their key but I had the lock on the door. I explained I had one more day, they insisted I was wrong & open the door... Checked my reservation & called Suite Digs who verified I was correct. Later that day, a woman unlocked the door and walked into my unit, when I announced myself (from washroom) she laughed & left and locked. I had Suite Digs put me in another unit but still felt uneasy...

Not the Suite I was Supposed to Get
Not sure who is at fault between Hotels.com and the operators at Suite Digs Keynote but the suite listed and what I was given was not the same one. Actually, it wasn't even the same building (sister building). The suite was clean but rather plain (not worth the money I had paid IMO), whereas the other suite I had chosen was much more furnished and inviting. However, parking is included for one vehicle. Note: the stall was at the bottom of the parkade, so it takes a few minutes to get out of the parkade. It's a big parkade. Hotels.com provided me a partial credit immediately, which I found satisfactory. If you choose to stay with one of the Suite Digs places, ensure you get the suite that you wanted. Ask about check out as well with the operators before booking, it's different than checking out of a hotel. I'll still use Hotels.com but I most likely won't use Suite Digs.

Good afternoon Greg, we apologise for the inconveniences you had during your stay with us. We've been working with Expedia/hotels.com to make sure things match on what our guests book. When the booking makes it to our system, we assume that's what you booked. The parking situation, there's nothing we can really do with that. All our suites in the Keynote building come with 1 parking stall. Where they are in the parkade depends on the suite. Thank you for your feedback.
