I was told that there is pay parking across the street. For a hotel. When trying to pay for this, the app was not working and could not pay. This is not the properties fault, but I did have to pay more to park at the hotel. This is unacceptable and I will not be staying here again

We arrived and were welcomed. We got up to our room and 20 minutes later my daughter who is an allergic asthmatic needed to use her pumps. This is rare so we knew there was a lot of dust. The ice machine was broken, and the elevator broke down. The food was a disappointment. The room had a coffee machine, and we had to ask for the use of a kettle we brought our own, not their fault, but only paper cups were provided, no gowns no slippers and no shower gel. When asked on departure how our stay was we hesitantly said we had not been happy and we were told that there were different facilities and amenities for different Hilton Hotels. This needs to be explained on you website in detail and the receptionist was very rude about these discrepancies. We needed an invoice from the hotel to claim expenses and we could not make Expedia's invoice reconcile at all with the hotel Invoice so much so we appear to have overpaid Expedia. We also appear to have paid taxes twice.

The parking structure was closed and impossible to find. When we walked up the hotel there was a man passed out high as a kite on front steps into the building. Once inside tho everything was great.

This is a nice hotel ,but if staying here I would recommend you get a room either on the back lane side or the library side. There is a small park across the street and not Saturday there was loud music and Sunday a demonstration with people yelling into megaphones. We were surprised how much of that noise came through our closed windows. The hotel clearly has no control over this and did offer to move us to another room so kudos to them. The hotel itself is nice and within walking distance of many restaurants and things to see. We would certainly stay there again

This property is fairly newly renovated, security for this building is top of the line considering the homeless shelter I believe was about 3 blocks down the street. Parking was a surprise with the price on check in, we paied $25.00 to be underground, due to the concern of safety having to park across the street for $6.00. LRT stop right outside the hotel, super store walking distance, city library 2 minutes walk. I would stay here again.

The only isdue with the hotel was the air conditioner had a weird noise in our room but luckily we didn't need. Also wish parking was included. Other then that it was perfect for our needs

I am very unimpressed with this Hilton. I booked a corner king suite and they down graded me to a regular room with a king bed and wouldn’t adjust the room rate. Absolutely disgusting. So Hilton keeps the money and screwed a customer. They offered me a breakfast voucher for the troubles. What a joke. How about treat me fair and adjust my room rate down to match the room I was down graded to.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay, Great bed and pillow. Love that shampoo/conditioner/lotion are in large dispensers which is more environmentally friendly. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very close to Telus Conference Centre, which was easy to walk to. Only wish was to have an extra blanket for the bed.

The rooms were not so clean, we had the odd black hairs on our white sheets, and the smell of the sheets was bad, like when your laundry was still damp and not dried properly, as soon as we open our door, there’s a smell of bad odour fr bathroom, like a sewer smell, our bathroom could used a little TLC, such as just basic cleaning, especially the accumulative dust on the baseboards, not super great with my allergies, so I had to run a damp clothe to clean it out. Ordered room services, my husband ordered the mogley burger, n he said it tasted like cardboard, my chicken wings were a bit bloody, we opted to order room service as wanted to experience just staying at our room to enjoy it, this way we did not have to go out for supper. We were hoping the relax and enjoy the hot tub this morning, before checking out as one perks of able to checkout by noon, but disappointed that the hot tub was closed, was excited soaked our aches n pains, as my husband hurt his back shovelling the snow Thursday night. 😭😭😭😭, but could not used it cuz it was closed. There should have been a notice on Elevators, or fronts desk the nite before.

I disliked how all the homeless were all over. Made me feel a little unsafe. If i didn't have my husband with, i dont think I would stay alone at this hotel. Ass for the yotaly experience was great. Breakfast was very good. Service was also very accommodating.

Awesome view of the downtown skyline. Staff was very nice, and accommodating. Very clean, very good food in the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.
