There was literally two black bugs in my bed, damage in the walls, and on the back of the door, and the restaurant was not open at 11 pm when I arrived from my flight

Was a very good 3 night stay. Was able to check in early (9:30am) for $25 tax. King bed room was nice and spacious. Room & bathroom were clean. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Nice room temperature control. Having a kitchenette sink, fridge, microwave, Kuerig, coffee pods, bottles of water were all great. Cons: no in room safe. Take note, my room was directly across the elevator lobby, so I could hear people talking and moving around, which woke me up on a couple of occasions. Great overall & would stay here again.

Hotel was good, bed was comfortable. Only criticisms was the hot tub and sauna were closed/out of order and there is a lack of side walks on 26th. I would suggest having a few more options for dietary restrictions (I'm celiac and couldn't eat at the hotel) in the onsite restaurants.

They first checked us in to a dirty room. They haven’t cleaned it out yet. Out of the 3 elevators only one was working so going out or in would take 10 mins waiting for the elevator to reach ur floor.

They did not let me check in due to a credit card issue. Once I was able to get my credit card company to expedite a payment through them I went back to check in and they said because I didn’t check in on my check in date they canceled my stay and still charged my credit card for the whole stay. This hotel had a decent parking lot and I felt safe in the area. The pillows were decently comfortable as well. However, the room was in somewhat disrepair.. the showerhead had a horrible spray and was not moveable. The floors were not very well vacuumed before we came. There was coffee sticks and sugar but the coffee pods were missing. The TV was fuzzy. The trolleys to move our bags were is very bad shape. There is a restaurant but we didn't eat there. The website had no information .. no menu. And there hotel didn't have a paper menu to order.

Left a bathing suit in my room when I checked out, went back in the evening to collect it and the two people at the front desk were both not able to find where housekeeping puts things recovered in the rooms. They also said they couldn’t call anyone to find out where it might be.

They are renovating, the taps weren't working great, the shower water had no hot water and the lever was seized. It was low priced so that was appropriate, but they have a lot of work to do to be considered a conference center.

Alina was rude, ignorant and snotty. The kind that pretends you’re not standing there waiting for her to acknowledge your presence. Manager was not around. Was turned away because I didn’t have a credit card and the hotel no longer accepts cash deposits. New policy since my last stay. Janitor on site attended to a spill and just pushed a mop back and forth with one arm. Had to spend 25 minutes on the phone with Expedia to get a refund, which will take up to 7 business days. Will never return.
