"We’ve staid here many times over the years and have always enjoyed our stay but this may have been the last time. When we checked in we didn’t have any towels, rooms are getting run down and need updating, kids pool was freezing cold both times that we went, and the floor in pool area was quite dirty it gave me an ick feeling. We also tried the dinner buffet in the restaurant and was not good at all. Not sure if we will be back but I have to say the staff are always amazing. So friendly and helpful."

"Rooms seemed to be clean, one of our rooms had a “slow filling toilet”…. It didn’t flush at all maintenance came said it was fine and it didn’t work the whole trip but everything else was good."
