"Very disappointing experience. We were supposed to check in at 5 PM, but we did not receive proper check-in instructions. We tried calling and messaging for around 2 hours and got no response, which made the check-in process very stressful. "It was quiet. The bed is a small Queen/Full size, but we know this is common when we travel to Canada. When we arrived there were two "bath towels" neither of which were fit to be called towels.
