"Experiencia regular, la propiedad mal señalizada no se ve el número del condominio y tampoco está debidamente señalizado a cuál casa corresponden las cajas donde se encuentra el control remoto del portón. Luego solo llegar a casa de al fondo … sin número. La limpieza deja bastante que desear, pisos sucios vidrios sucios , mala manutención. "This is a great boutique hotel in the heart of Santiago. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. It's easy to walk to Plaza de Armas or to Lastarria for a meal. The food in the hotel was terrific, too, and the Terrace bar is quite nice. Having wine available in the library is also a nice touch. I'd definitely stay here again!"
