Je pense que l’hôtel était en sous effectif et le personnel pas toujours aimable. Certains services comme le petit-déjeuner en chambre n’a pas été proposé, le service du soir n’a pas été fait en chambre le premier soir et le service à la carte au petit-déjeuner n’a pas été proposé le premier jour, une salariée qui se plaint auprès d’un client par...
