Na verdade acabou havendo uma mudança e fiquei hospedado no Golden Dolphin Express, quarto 912. Utilizei o parque aquático tanto de onde estava como do Golden Dolphin Grand Hotel. Venho relatar que no último dia tinha que fazer o check in até 11h, podendo se estender ao máximo até 13h. Realizei o mesmo por volta de 11:10h, quando deixei a chave na portaria e perguntei se poderia entregar a pulseira de acesso posteriormente, pois iria precisar usar para ter acesso a área do restaurante do Golden Dolphin Grand Hotel, o qual me foi prontamente autorizado pelo recepcionista, também permitindo a permanência do meu veículo no estacionamento até que acabasse minha refeição e pudesse iniciar minha viagem de volta para casa. Acontece que o restaurante só iniciava o almoço 12h. Aguardei a almocei tranquilamente, indo até a recepção entregar a pulseira de acesso e retirar meu carro, passando assim mais de uma hora e quarenta minutos. Quando cheguei em casa percebi que tinha esquecido um moletom que tinha acabado de adquirir, nunca usado, ou seja, novo, no quarto do hotel. Daí veio o questionamento: quando deixei a chave na recepção, provavelmente alguém foi ao quarto verificar se estava tudo ok com as instalações e de certo viu o meu moletom, pois estava bem visível. Deveria ter reportado a recepção, pelo menos imagino ser essa a orientação a todos os funcionários. No entanto retornei a recepção para retirar a pulseira de acesso e ninguém reportou nada. Fiquei muito chateado

Upon arrived We couldn’t get the room till pay a cleaning fee and the hotel couldn’t do anything till we had paid. Never had that before.. this hotel will charge for absolutely everything before get the keys for the room. Never will be there again even for free

Fiquei hospedada do dia 30/12 ao dia 02/01. Hotel estava super cheio, la tem poucos elevadores o que fez a gente utilizar muito as escadas, até mesmo carregando as malas. A maioria dos funcionários são resolutíveis. Quarto espaçoso, só senti falta de um microondas.

Quando fiz a reserva pelos comentários fiquei assustado e resolvi pagar pra vê e quando cheguei no hotel simplesmente me surpreendeu de forma 100% POSITIVA. Ao chegar no hotel para fazer o check-in ( golden dolphin gran hotel), Fomos muito bem recebidos desde a entrada, o atendente super gentil e educado, ao entrar no quarto super limpo, lindo, organizado e confortável , quarto com varanda, tv de tubo mas como passava o dia fora não me incomodou a tv (tinha toalha e roupa de cama já no quarto, ar-condicionado maravilhoso) eu levei edredon de casa mas no hotel vc pode alugar tbm. hotel é maravilhoso tem várias piscinas e podiamos usar tbm as piscinas da rede golden dolphin express tbm. Fui nos dia 23/12 a 26/12 o hotel estava cheio mas não tinha aglomeração, não tinha barulho, bagunça nada disso. dentro do hotel tem td que vc precisar porém td é extremamente caro, mas comprar la dentro é opcional, claro. A única coisa chata era o pessoal que esperava os hóspedes pela manhã pra ficar oferecendo venda de cotas e etc com insistência mesmo eu falando que não queria. No mais como eu disse tudo maravilhoso e oq é bom a gente recomenda e volta sem duvidas. Ah café da manhã maravilhoso, almoço e janta tbm, na minha diária não incluía refeição então tinha que pagar, claro. O estacionamento é pago no hotel assim que chega, a taxa de limpeza vc paga antes ao proprietário.

A estadia foi muito boa eu já conheço o hotel de outras vezes porém dentro deste aplicativo fiz a reserva diretamente com proprietário de apartamento em particular no mesmo prédio paguei duas taxa de limpeza alimentação e estacionamento O hotel é ótimo tem 12 piscinas a comida é muito boa café da manhã também é excelente o atendimento é muito agradável Eu recomendo Voltarei mais vezes
