"The staff were all very friendly and were able to accommodate a late check-in and check-out very smoothly. The space is very spacious, with a large bathroom which had lots of counter space which is rare to find at this price! Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the como area as it is located so close to the port and all the restaurants and shops! Bonus points for having a diffuser attachment on the hairdryer as a curly girl who was in need of one!"

"Room was okay and had air conditioning which was a Godsend! The staff were also a highlight, lovely and helpful, always someone on the front desk. My room was a bit dated and a bit scruffy with a broken toilet seat and marks on the wall but for the price, location and acting as somewhere to rest my head I could overlook it. The location was fantastic, super close to the station and not too far from the sights. I would recommend for solo travellers coming to Milan!"

"Loved the style of the hotel, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good ( not a huge variety though, and more fresh fruit would have been nice). Restaurant for dinner was nice and the staff great but, again, a few more options would be good. We got the feeling that the hotel may have been geared a little towards business people who only stay a night or two. Our stay was 7 nights, hence the food variety comments. Housekeeping was ok, however items used were not replaced, other than linen. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."
