The stairs to the bedroom felt unsafe, as there’s no handrail. The place has potential, but it really needs maintenance and better safety conditions."

Kids are running up and down the hallways yelling, screaming, and slamming doors. Babies screaming in the middle of the night. Parents do nothing to quiet them for other guests who are trying to sleep. This is a great place for young families who might enjoy all the incessant racket. "The hotel was way better than we expected. It exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness everywhere, very friendly and helpful staff (specially Kevin at the front desk) He checked us in and fully assisted with any questions we had. Also the buffet breakfast was delicious and very abundant. And the last thing is the great location; it is close to a lot of interesting spots of turistic interest. We recommend this hotel 100%. 🤗"
