"The shampoo and soap dispenser in the wall in the shower fell on the ground while in the middle of taking a shower. Never cleaned the balcony table left drinks and bottles on the table for the days we were there."

"The property was pleasant overall; however, there was water left unattended on the lobby floor, which resulted in a slip incident. Additionally, while the housekeeping staff member was courteous, communication was limited due to a language barrier, which made resolving a minor issue take longer than expected. Improved attention to safety and communication would enhance the guest experience."

"The room and property is very clean. The food at the restaurant is very good and priced well. Staff is friendly and accommodating.Convenient market in the lobby for snacks. Pool area was clean and well kept. Surprisingly we did not hear airplanes in our room with the close proximity to the airport. Will definitely stay here again!"
