"Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. I paid extra for a Junior Suite with Pool View, but was initially given a room overlooking the parking garage with only the tops of pool umbrellas visible. This was not what was advertised. My booking showed 18 photos of the room I paid for, none of which resembled the room we received. When I questioned it, the front desk said, "The pictures are just pictures," and claimed the hotel was fully booked. After I insisted this was false advertising...

"The hotel is very clean and in a good position for the water taxi, close to shops and taxi rank. The rooms were immaculate and the pool and bar area were lovely."

"Schone kamer met mooie uitzichten. Ontbijt was fantastisch en het personeel super vriendelijk. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Gratis parkeren in de omgeving kan in de avond een uitdaging zijn. Bij het hotel kan je ook betaald parkeren."
