"Bello hotel, ubicacion excelente, personal maravilloso. No puedo poner 5 estrellas porque la comida nos parecio terrible - la calidad era fatal, y carisima. Es una pena que los hoteles que son parte de cadenas siempre esten sacrificando calidad para ahorrar en costos. Me da pena poner pocas estrellas por los trabajadores, que fueron todos excelentes. The staff has some kinks to work out, they failed at our breakfast orders multiple times, and I still feel like they are finding their rhythm but overall it’s a beautiful lovely place. "Wayy better than we expected. We love exploring boutique hotels, and Faustino did not lack in any area. The Spa is included, which is something other hotel of this caliber charge for. Also location of the hotel is something to really consider - if you are planning Menorca. We wish we extended our stay here."
