"The place is beautiful, great location, it is only 10 minutes from Porto Cervo and 30 minutes from OLB airport. The staff is very friendly and there are 3 amazing beaches within a 2-minute walk."

"Die freundliche Frau an der Rezeption zeigte uns zu Beginn, wo dass wir Supermärkte und gute Restaurants in der Nähe von Palau finden, was wir super fanden. Für weitere Informationen war das Personal immer zu haben. Leider ist der Boiler während unserem Aufenthalt um 23:00 in der Nacht kaputt gegangen. Obwohl die Rezeption dann natürlich geschlossen war, hat uns das Personal in der Nacht super geholfen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft und können sie gerne weiterempfehlen. "

"Die Ausstattung ist definitiv nicht mehr zeitgemäß, sehr abgenutzt und es gibt wenig Ausstattung in der Küche. Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe, es ist sehr hellhörig und es gibt kaum Privatsphäre auf dem Balkon. Insgesamt nicht sehr zu empfehlen."

"From the moment we arrived at Grand Hotel Cannigione, we knew we were in for something special. The hotel itself is stunning elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained but what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience unforgettable. Whether it was at reception, in the restaurant, or by the pool, the service was consistently flawless. The team anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive, and always greeted us with a smile and sincere kindness. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views. The attention to detail throughout the hotel from the thoughtful amenities to the impeccable cleanliness was truly impressive. The food was another highlight. Each meal felt like a special occasion, with fresh, local ingredients and impeccable presentation. Dining here was not just a meal, t was an experience. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already dreaming of our return. Grand Hotel Cannigione is a gem in every sense of the word. "Property was immaculate. The front desk staff were awesome, Bar staff Mario And his sidekick were great. Mario makes a killer whiskey sour. The restaurants on site were on point and kept the food interesting by shaking up the menu daily. Breakfast was always exceptional and lots of options from American to Italian. The pool is gorgeous and the private beach and water are stunning. There are loungers at pool and beach. There is no hotel bar/ food service down at the beach but there’s a small local bar on beach separate from the hotel. Or you can bring your own drinks/ food. The rooms are perfect and have everything you need. Housekeeping staff are trustworthy as we left valuables in our room and never had an issue. There’s even a small gym if you care to work out on vacation. There’s a spa on site but we never used it as we spent all our time at beach/ pool. The young staff/ employees are still going through some growing pains as the busy season starts but all in all they did a flawless job and will only get better and better with time. This stay was 11 out of 10, so great !! Thanks to the Cala Staff !! "

"The hotel is idyllically located, all of the best shops and hotels are right outside your hotel. The complimentary water boat to the island is absolutely stunning.
