The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. I visited Janna e Sole to ask what had happened and if they could move me back to where I originally booked, they were rude and dismissive. "I enjoyed my two day stay Had a room by the pool and it was west facing so I got the afternoon sun on my terrace Breakfast was great My only issue is that the sound proofing in the hotel is not good, the cleaners made a lot of noise and a guest was playing loud music on the second night which travelled straight through the walls I would stay again, life is not perfect, the girls on reception were really good "

The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. I visited Janna e Sole to ask what had happened and if they could move me back to where I originally booked, they were rude and dismissive. I asked if I could have at least have a refund for the price difference as the hotel they had moved me to was nowhere near as nice. They have point blank refused and I am still fighting with them on this after being hung up on, and my emails ignored by their booking team. We heard a lot of horror stories from other guests about staff behaviour. They point blank lie to guests. Customer service is not something they offer. This was truly the worst holiday I’ve ever had."
