RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE: DON’T BOOK!!!
Their photos & listings are lies. There is no back balcony, as they show. The “hotel” is only on 7th/8th floor and you have to go through a very dirty lobby under renovation from other companies. 6th floor has major construction so noise 24/7. The view on the 7th shows rubble from other roof tops. NOISE NOISE NOISE from cars and dogs 24/7. NO parking in front of hotel. They park on the “public streets” but then locals pimp the roads and they do their own parking: 3 cars on the right side and 3 on the left so only 1 car could get through. WORST part was sheets circa 1940, dirty/stained full of human hair, pubic hair. They said they would give us new sheets: those were covered in SEMEN. Then they said they would upgrade to a “suite” (same amount of noise). Before they left the new room, we opened the beds guess what, those more pubic and human hair in 2 out of 3. They had to change it again. They don’t do daily housekeeping. So much so, we had to go buy our own tp. The breakfast was a box which had 1 piece of bread, 2 pieces of processed cheese, tea bags and 1 bottle of water: they give you more in prison. Both Hani & Walid said they would not charge us for the rooms, due to the above & guess what, they charged us. I am filing CC charges against Expedia and the Hotel over this!!!
