"Our whole stay was lovely. The rooms are clean neat and comfortable. The location of Crystalbrook Flynn is perfect. So central. Overlooks the water. Close to the night markets and a quick walk to the pier. The downstairs ambience is fun and inviting. Even had late check out to work with our flights. ..."

"The motel is in a great spot being close to lagoon, lots of restaurants and shopping. The buffet breakfast was great value and the staff were very helpful."

"Hotel needs to be renovated, feels a little outdated. Great staff and location is great. Walking distance to boardwalk and centre of town. Rooms are okay just need to be updated, TV needed smart options if you are travelling with children. Beds feel a bit worn. Overall hotel experience was okay."

"We understand the property has just changed hands and we hope it improves. the bed was terrible and they didn’t even supply a blankets. We only had a sheet and 1pillow each. No parking was available on site. The curtains were mouldy. The whole room was nothing like the photos and we should have demanded ..."
