"Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!"

Very disappointed restaurant was mediocre at best especially considering the high prices staff not accommodating at all spent my birthday here not even a happy birthday beach towels were all stained .. beautiful property I could do without the elevator music at the pool will not be returning"

"We loved our Jr. Suite; we had a great view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a safe for our passports. We enjoyed spending time on the screened patio. The microwave, mini-fridge and bar sink was a great convenience. The dishes, glasses and silverware were an added bonus! My husband was able to make use of the fitness facility. I was able to relax in the hammock. We spent time on the beach and the various pools around the resort. Our group had dinner on-site at Hemingways ...

"My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. We stayed in the downstairs unit with the patio that opened to the pool. Now if you decide to stay this year (2026), be mindful that there is a large hotel being built behind them. The construction was during the day ONLY. At night it was just sounds of nature and the water. The walk to the beach is literally a 3 min...

"The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice."

"My husband and I spent a week here for my 40th birthday and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!!! Staff was incredible, our room was beautiful, 30 second walk to the beach with a wonderful bar/restaurant on property! When we return to TCI we will absolutely be staying here again!!"
