"The best hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to El Paseo with all the restaurants and shopping. There’s a great spa and fitness centre plus two choices of where to eat. Parking is super easy and safe. The pool is fantastic and we loved the food and bar. "

"During our 2 night stay there was no hot water. Unfortunately, the staff chose to ignore the problem rather than address it with the guests (it was a property wide issue). That made for a shocking shower instead of an uncomfortable expectation. We were offered 5000 Marriott points in exchange (~$15-35). The nightly room rate was $225 after taxes. Ridiculous!"

"Staff at the resort were amazing. From the front desk staff to the life guards all were nice amd always had a smile on their faces. Not to forget helpful. The property was clean and very well kept. The rooms on the other hand were a bit dated The bathroom definately needs some work done. Overall our stay was pleasant. "

"I have no complaints about this property, as this is one of the cheapest inns that is near the shuttle stop for Coachella. The pool is literally in front of our room, but we didn't even use it. There's a small cafe on the property that serves breakfast. It was so cozy, the vibe is so laid back, and if I were given an option to go back here, I would =) just because the other options out there were MORE EXPENSIVE, especially during APRIL."

"Room was clean. Some areas were remodeled but some were not (for example the bathroom door). Breakfast quality was good but the room where they keep the food was small and had only one access point, creating congestion during morning hours. It’s been 17 days since I checked out but they still keep a hold on my credit card. "

"2nd stay here and last. Dated and over priced. Rooms dated and no soundproofing. Requested and had confirmed by email - 2 rooms apart for privacy between ourselves and our son and his wife. Arrived rooms next to each other. After a discussion we were moved. But it was protracted and unnecessary. Not enough beds around the adult pool. Poorly designed. Just concrete… You pay this amount and find everyone looking for a bed on a waitlist by 11am or having to lie on the concrete. Stop serving at...

"I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs."

"We stayed in Queens Bedroom with balcony at springs pool tower. The corridor seemed to be dusty, the carpet seem to be old and so was the look of the room espcially the back wall. However, th amenities nd activities outside of the room were engaging."

"This resort is unacceptable for a Hyatt property. On the positive side, the design of the pool itself was great for the area, and one of the few properties with a lazy river. The water temperature was refreshing. Beyond that, not much to like. For context, we stayed here on weekdays. The service here was terrible and unacceptable for this type of resort. "If you’re staying here for Coachella be prepared to get the run around and deal with rude management! They charge you the full amount of your stay a week before your stay without a warning. Housekeeping NEVER came to our room the entire 4 days we stayed there and we kept asking for them to come. So they said they’d refund us a whole whopping $30 for that inconvenience and now they’re refusing to give the refund. They keep saying they did refund me and they did not. I stayed here 2 years in a row...
