Great location on pedestrianised shopping street close to old town, but very quiet as the rooms are on the interior of the property. Spacious, clean room with excellent amenities. Central communal area with fridge and microwave is great, although it’s a little musty as there’s no windows. Good wifi and very friendly owners who were prompt and helpful with communications. Would gladly stay again! Be aware there’s a number of steps to get up, as it’s on the third floor (no elevator). About 10 mins walk or a very short bus ride to bus and train station.

La camera era molto umida e si vedeva dalla muffa eliminata dalle pareti. L’odore di umido era la conferma. Lo split del condizionatore era pieno di muffa e non si poteva accendere. La pulizia era approssimativa tanto che abbiamo trovato anche un lombrico sul pavimento che girava.

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© la chambre Pesce pour 7 nuits. SituĂ© en plein cƓur du centre ville, trĂšs bien localisĂ© pour les visites, les repas et le transport. Les propriĂ©taires sont joignables sans difficultĂ©, bien que nous n’ayons pas eu l’occasion de les voir. Pour un sĂ©jour de 2 Ă  3 nuits c’est parfait. Pas plus sinon compliquĂ©. La chambre que nous avons eu est spacieuse pour 3 personnes mais relativement humide. Les serviettes sĂ©chaient difficilement entre chaque douche malgrĂ© un bon systĂšme de ventilation. Impossible de prendre 3 douches d’affilĂ©es car l’eau chaude faisait dĂ©faut. Et je dois dire que prendre une douche Ă  27degrĂ© au mois d’avril c’est compliquĂ©. Il fallait donc un intervalle de 30 Ă  40 mn entre les douches pour pouvoir se doucher sans trop de soucis en se dĂ©pĂȘchant, et encore. Il faut donc avoir du temps et s’organiser au mieux. Ne pas jeter le papier toilette dans les toilettes est contraignant et pas trĂšs hygiĂ©nique Ă  mon sens mais on s’y fait. Par contre la poubelle Ă  disposition pour le papier usagĂ© est un peu petite quand on s’aperçoit que le mĂ©nage n’a Ă©tĂ© fait qu’une fois dans la semaine et Ă  notre demande. Et enfin au dessus de notre chambre des habitants avec un chien. DĂšs 7h du matin qui courait partout et malheureusement le plafond est trĂšs mal insonorisĂ© donc on pouvait tout entendre. Pas trĂšs reposant lorsque l’on est en vacance. Donc des amĂ©liorations possibles et recommandĂ©s car l’établissement est vraiment bien placĂ© et Ă  un prix abordable.
