Good value for money

Location is great! Plenty of restaurants, bars and caffes nearby. Although it is a busy area, it's not noisy. Comfortable and clean room. Big bathroom. There are a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

Nice safe street, centrally located near train station, lively dining area, supermarket is two blocks away. The property itself was clean although the building had a couple of critters. It was pretty hot in Cagliari but they fixed the AC and it worked fine. Pretty straight forward.

A lovely stay on a very lively street.

Check in was pleasant and easy- Paula was lovely to deal with. We stayed in the superior apartment, it was very spacious, very clean and the beds were very comfy. It was well equipped with kitchen items, tea and coffee facilities, two tellies (the living room one is MASSIVE and had netflix, prime and youtube apps- very handy for watching if your Italian isn’t the best), plus plenty of towels. Wifi worked perfectly the whole time and was very fast. We did have to buy toilet paper and bin bags as these didn’t seem to be included, but that wasn’t a big deal as there is a lovely little supermarket just down the road. Any questions and queries we had were answered promptly and politely by whatsapp. The location is brilliant- on a very busy, touristy street with loads of great restaurants and lively bars. The downside of this is that it was very loud almost all night and we had some trouble sleeping. Definitely a great spot if you are looking for fun nights out and not boring old fuddy duddies like us ;) Very close walking distance to the train station, several bus stops and lots of gorgeous historical landmarks.

The second floor advised, is actually even higher. As it takes a very steep flight of stairs to get to, so feels more like 4th floor. So not great if one has a heavy suitcase.

Stay was nice, but it wasn’t perfect. We recived just 2 toilet paper rolls for whole week. Same problem with paper towels, soap and dish soap. The bathroom needs maintenance. The location was perfect and the apartament space was huge. Good value for money.

When it’s mentioned 2nd floor… be mindful it is actually another set of stairs (like another two floors) to get to the 1st floor. So only for the fit ones. I also wasn’t aware, toilet paper is to be put in the bin, not in the toilet. No one came to actually empty that bin, so did not feel hygienic. Plus the smell was not pleasant. Location great. Plenty of shops and restaurants.

Casa molto pulita,mi ha sorpreso che abbia messo a disposizione borse da mare, ombrelloni e borsa termica, complimenti perché per chi viaggia come me con uno zaino è una chicca d' apprezzare.Personale pronto a soddisfare ogni mia richiesta,la casa si trova ad un secondo piano nel centro storico,le comodità non mancano perché è dorata di tutti i confort,facile da raggiungere tutto,pieno di ristoranti,bar, súper market veramente una posizione strategica per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città.Lo consiglio..

Nett eingerichtete Unterkunft, sauber und mit viel Komfort. Einziges Manko war die defekte Klimaanlage, diese ließ uns von 2 Uhr morgens bis 8 Uhr morgens im Stich. Einer der Hosts meinte es würde nur für 30min passieren es waren aber ganze 6 Stunden. In Anbetracht der vorhandenen Hitze an dem Tag, wurde es dann von gemütlich zu fast unerträglich. Für diesen Tagespreis unakzeptabel, nächstes mal besser ein Hotelzimmer buchen.

Enttäuschungsunterkunft

,Der Unterkunft befindet sich zentral, entspricht aber nicht der Beschreibung auf der Hotels.xom-Seite!!! Und zwar: das Zimmer ist für 2 Erwachsenen recht klein mit einem Blick in nirgendwo (s.Foto). Die Angabe über einen Schreibtisch(resp.uber einen Tisch überhaupt) ist falsch. Es gab kein Tisch im Zimmer. Auch die Sauberkeit hat sich als mangelhaft gezeigt:das Regal unter der Waschbecken war wahrscheinlich lange nicht geputzt Die Vermieterin war aus unserer Sicht unfreundlich.Als wir ihr die o.g mitteilen wollten (per Telefon,)verwies sie die ns an Hotels com.Persönlich haben wir Susanna(Vermieterin der Unterkunft) haben wir nie gesehen. Am Tag der Ankunft in Cagliari haben wir tatsächlich das Hotels.com kontaktiert und unseres Anliegen mitgeteilt. Auf die Antwort vom Hotels.xom warten wir noch.

Utmärkt läge mitt på bar/restauranggatan. Lätt att ta sig till buss/tåg. Hårda sängar, dåliga kuddar. Man kan ej duscha samtidigt som någon annan i huset för då försvinner vattentrycket och strålen blir väldigt svag. Ej stabilt varmvatten. Kunde ibland bli väldigt kallt.

La chambre ne ressemblait pas aux photos (beaucoup plus petite, moins lumineuse et plus délabrée) Attention, sur les photos, on voit un espace de vie, or, la chambre Deluxe n'en a pas. Il s'agit vraiment d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain. Très petit. Odeurs dans la chambre (odeurs de l'extérieur, mais également odeurs désagréables dans la pièce). Quantité de PQ et savon/shampooing très minime (nous restions pourtant 1 semaine, on avait 2 rouleaux et des fonds de savon.... Heureusement qu'il nous en restait d'un hôtel précedent !) Pas de service ménage sur 1 semaine. Contact avec les propriétaires très difficile, ils n'ont fait aucun effort. Points positifs : emplacement top dans Cagliari + contrairement à d'autres commentaires, le bruit de la rue ne nous a pas dérangé (sûrement caché par le bruit de la clim... Prévoir des boules quies malgré tout)

Keine Rezeption, aber freundlicher Kontakt über WhatsApp. Online Check in problemlos. Zimmer nach hinten war ruhig , aber Fenster zum Innenhof ohne jegliche Aussicht Reinigung nur auf Anfrage Alles in allem gut , Lage zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt perfekt
