Amazing Host. Always had the kitchen stocked for guest and everything you need. Better than staying at a hotel. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again for bext visit.

A very nice stay in B-smart B&B
I stayed in B-smart B&B for one month from 16 May to 14 June 2015. I have enjoyed every minute of my stay at this B&B. The B&B is very clean, spacious, convenient, close to several big supermarkets and city center, and very quiet in the evening. The manager, Fabrizio, has a very high standard in maintaining this property, and pays attention to every detail. He is very kind, friendly and always willing to help. If I go back to Cagliari next time, I will certainly choose B-smart B&B.

A little gem at very modest price
Everything about my experience is positive: the location is strategic, well located for both the city centre and the beach. The accommodation is smart, tidy and has character to it. Many snacks and refreshment are available throughout the day and included in the price. A good variety buffet Breakfast is provided. Even a working printer connected to a working PC is available (this can save your life if you have lost as I did your boarding pass). Fabrizio is friendly, gentle, easy going and flexible.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Fabrizio est de très bons conseils, nous n’avons manqué de rien, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les vélos électriques à notre disposition. L’appartement est très bien situé. L’ensemble est d’un très bon qualité-prix.

Parfait !
Fabrizio nous a accueilli chaleureusement et était très serviable. Il est venu nous chercher à la gare et nous a prêté des vélos. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner copieux. Tout est parfait, merci Fabrizio.

Świetne miejsce, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Właściciel mieszkania bardzo uprzejmy, wszystko dobrze wytłumaczył i polecił fantastyczne miejsca do skosztowania sardynskiej kuchni. Excellent vacation
This is a great place to stay. Nice and friendly atmosphere inside the house. The room had comfortable furniture. Large bed and air conditioning. Everything you need to relax after the sea and exploring the sights of Cagliari. Comfortable shared bathroom. No queues. Everyone had enough time. The kitchen has all the facilities for self-cooking and everything you need for tea and coffee. We are grateful to Fabrizio for the excellent organization of recreation. Especially liked the bike ride to Poetto beach. All major attractions are within walking distance. The guest house is a 15-minute walk from the centre.Everything was great!!!

Very Good contact with host, straight from beginning. Getting an email direct after booking confirmation to arrange pickup from the airport. Plane got some delay, but the host waited in front of the airport until I arrived. Very friendly, very clean room, very good breakfast. Unbeatable price.

B&Bというので、朝食が出されるのかと思い気や予め冷蔵庫等に用意されたハム、チーズ、卵を自分で好きなように調理して食べて下さいとのこと、シリアル、フルーツ、お茶に至ってはイタリアンコーヒーが入れられるメーカーもありました。もちろん、オリーブオイルなどの調味料も揃っていて、トイレ、シャワーも清潔で、洗濯機もあり最高に快適な滞在でした。数日滞在する方にはお勧めです。

Un propriétaire gentil et serviable. Utilisation de tout ce qui avait à la maison comme par exemple le lave linge ou le gaz, prêt de vélo. Franchement je le conseil

Abbiamo appena alloggiato per 4 notti al B-smart. Ha due camere da letto, la nostra era spaziosa e ben fornita. Bagno in comune ma anch'esso fornitissimo. Cucina dotata di ogni tipo di elettrodomestico di base, utensili, cibi per la colazione, spezie, olio, sale, dadi, ecc...., che si può usare anche oltre la colazione. Avevamo a disposizione 2 bici, un computer e ovviamente il wi-fi.... Il tutto pulitissimo. Il proprietario disponibile ma non invadente... Ho sempre odiato il bagno in comune, ma l'accuratezza dei particolari nella gestione di questo b&b, fa passare in secondo piano questo dettaglio, (tenendo anche conto che le camere sono solo 2, potreste avere la fortuna di essere i soli ad usare tutto l'appartamento)... Rapporto qualità prezzo buono.... Insomma, consigliatissimo
