"Room is nice and big. Price not bad."

"Everything was excellent except the low pressure water, hopefully it will get better especially if it is a family room. My family loves staying there coz' it is close to the mall"

"Hotel staff is friendly and heplful. Although the room we stayed was clean and with useful amenities in the bathroom, I wish the sink was equipped with hot water."

"The place is good to stay. Definitely, I will stay again in this hotel when I come back to Batanes 😊"

"Irene did a great job accommodating our needs and showing us hospitality. I liked Transient house because it seems the best balance between all criteria - value, service... but also elevation: it is located high enuf to give great views but not too far from valley/ village. We got to go to a wedding while we were here. Very cool! "

"Great Room, good food for breakfast, very accommodating staff"

"Beach was literally just a hop away which was really good. The area could use some renovation to make it look more attractive. You get the value out of the price you pay. Wifi is good for remote work."

"Not many frills, but it comes with a kitchenette (not many restaurants in Basco), plenty of drinking water, and AC. Walking distance from the airport, very helpful staff. Mattresses and pillows are high quality."

"Nice beach and quiet place.good for family to relaxed and unwind."

"Staff is friendly, place is roomy. View is good. Only thing is the place is tight to drive."

"Great place to stay"

"The view was breathtaking, the staff was amazing and very helpful! The food was absolutely delicious! It was just a short tricycle ride from the bus stop."

"No wifi working and the manager was not good in behaviour very very bad manager . "

"It’s nice for family trip"

"This property is a steal! Super affordable price, beach front, and hospitable staff (Ate Emma). The only thing missing is wifi, but for it's price, you won't mind. The place is near degisit and Lighthouse, ermita hill, and there are many stores where you can buy. This is a budget-friendly but nice place. Thanks ASJ and Ate Emma!"

"Room was small, shower water was with low pressure, excellent, friendly, accommodating staff. Owner was very friendly, accommodating and ready to help."
