O hotel, com uma decoração que está muito bem conseguida e com elevado nível de conforto, conduz-nos facilmente ao relax, após as possíveis actividades que se podem praticar pela serra e na àgua da albufeira. "Positive. - Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant. - breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. "

Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and most importantly amazing staff that always go the extra mile to make your stay a special one. Special thanks go to Mr. José Mendez who always makes sure that all guests are having a wonderful time.
