"Really could use a blanket in the rooms and some place to put wet or muddy shoes when you get into the cabin. But everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Super quiet and amazing staff and service. However, in the book in the room, there's listed Glenora falls and yet a staff member told us we can't go there because it's on private property. Well, then maybe take it out of the book as a place to go.

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were booked for two nights but couldn't spend much time at the facility. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. We got a room upgrade without asking, we really appreciated it. The room was apparently clean but there were traces of stains and filth of the past guests which the cleaners didn't pay attention to. On Day 2 we requested the room to be cleaned and the reception took care of it right away. Very beautiful property otherwise!"
"Beautiful view, but severely run-down and overpriced. The only positive thing about this stay was the location and the nice view. Beyond that, the hotel is severely run-down and simply not worth the price."
