The location is great. Just steps to the marina, and downtown restaurants and shopping. Rooms are basic and inexpensive- and very clean! The person that checked me in was friendly and efficient. He very quickly moved me to a different room when the door lock on the first room wasn’t working properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This property is exactly as described. It’s not fancy and the rooms are small but the location is excellent. The accommodations were clean and the staff was helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for affordable accommodations in the heart of Cabo

Place was nice clean and comfy. Not too fancy though. Very basic. Nice staff and access to private beach was interesting.

We were thoruoghlt unimpressed. Zero stars. The room was sub par, we had no soap or hair items, they were empty. We had a 2 night stay and 1 roll of toilet paper. I wliced my foot open on broken tiles right outside my patio. The upsatirs deck for relaxation had a pile of dishes in the sink about 6 months old. The furniture broke through ince sat on, it also required 4 cusions to make he circluar lounge chair, but there was onky one, and filthy as well. And lets talk about the communal kitchen. Gross. Went to get ice from ice maker, full of green and black mold. When i questioned it, the person on site said it was broken. Clearly. But why would it be there for people to see? I will be requestiong a full refund.

No hot water

The hotel is in a great location and seemed somewhat clean however, I did not have water hot water for two days. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived. I asked it to be fixed which they did. They also claim to have fixed the hot water, but it was not fixed. We ended up switching rooms For the last two nights.

Excelente ubicacion, la persona de recepcion muy amable y accesible para cualquier situación, la alberca estaba muy limpia y agradable, las camas que nos tocaron estaban muy comodas y teniamos en la habitacion un frigobar que nos facilito tener nuestras bebidas a la mano y frescas, ademas de la señora de limpieza siempre accesible para ayudarte.

Excellent. Jose' at reception was great, and the maid was very friendly and kept everything so tidy in rooms, community areas, and pool. Jose' granted me a late checkout due to my dive boat leaving later than usual. Thanks for everything Jose'.

Everything was excellent. The location is the best, you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops and the marina were you will find lots of activities. The rooms are ok, don’t expect something fancy but the beds are comfortable, quiet and good for resting before the next adventure.
