Apartment and location were great! Short walk to Medano beach, downtown, and the marina, which was perfect for us. Be aware, it was loud at night and into the morning hours, but expected for the location.

Great properties, great service!

This is our 3rd time using Lumina in Los Cabos and they didn’t disappoint. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and quick. We had a slight problem with the AC but the Lumina team helped us and found a solution for us quickly!

Room: scuffs on all walls, leaks under sinks, no hooks for towels in bathroom, (or anywhere), drier function on washing machine not working - needed to drape wet laundry over furniture, silverware count was short, (plenty of oversized spoons, not enough normal size), stains on couch… I alerted staff to wet laundry/flatware situation and was ignored/dismissed. We were expected to wear plastic wristbands the entirety of our stay so entry staff could identify us upon exit/entry. Boo. Friday and Saturday night were extremely loud with club noise down on the street. (We were on 5th floor). Emergency vehicles followed volume patterns Would not stay here again.
