"El hotel está genial , un gran servicio siempre. Nos encanta siempre regresar a México en la piel. En nuestra visita tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el jacuzzi. Nunca se calentó. El equipo del hotel hizo un gran esfuerzo en encargarse de problema. Incluso nos ofrecieron una noche adicional para que pudiéramos usar el jacuzzi. ( no funcionó ) pero la verdad nos trataron como reyes. Y siempre estuvieron al tanto de nosotros. Definitivamente si regreso a México el la piel. "

"The room was spacious with a gorgeous marina view. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the service was slow. But each night we had dinner at the amazing lobby bar. Great vibe, friendly service and amazing food. The supreme burger is one of the best we've ever had. My husband uses a mobility scooter and navigating everywhere in the hotel (even in the rooms) is super easy. Excellent stay. "
