"Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available. They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room. Grocery store down the hill, and huge one at the mall nearby. Walking to Tavira wasn’t very nice, so we drove."

"We had an incredible stay here for my 50th birthday. The hotel is very well located to get into the marina at Vilamoura and local golf courses with free transfers. The facilities are great, with a decent gym, indoor and outdoor pool and it sits next to the largest spa in Portugal. Food options were great too, we loved the breakfasts and evening buffet. Also, big thanks for making my birthday so special too. "
