We called ahead for a late check-in and were greeted at the gate by a man holding a shotgun and a beer. He proceeded to show part of our party to their room and stated that he would be back to take the “gordita” to her room, meaning myself. Entering the room, there was no air conditioner running until he turned it on, which was a portable unit and nothing, and I mean nothing, was plugged in. Our welcome drinks were 2 hot bottles waters. The rest of our party came to my room because their a/c was not working in their room and mine was working at a minimum. Early in the morning, we had an excursion pick-up at 7 am. We were unable to address the issues we were having with our accommodations because there was no staff available and to also address that our power was completely out at this time. After returning from our excursion at 5 pm, we packed our belongings and met in the lobby to checkout. Thank God for Luke, who was a Rockstar! Luke handled the situation like a Pro and needs a raise!

The property was ok for a stop and drive by. They offer free breakfast which was good and made to order so that was unexpected! Thank you. However hard to get them they on a phone! I left my ID and can’t seem to get them to contact me.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff and the owner Bob, who welcomed us personally. He made the accomadations i requested and the resort in itself is beautiful.

I enjoyed the ambience. It felt like a boutique resort, very personal and informal. The staff were very friendly and entertaining. I enjoyed the cooked to order all inclusive cuisine.

Nice hotel and room, but the location not so great
We booked a last minute all-inclusive deal for 4 nights and we found it well worth the money. Restaurant food was pretty okay and due to low-season week, the service was also pretty fast for Domenican standards. We travelled with a 6 months old baby and the staff were really nice and kids-friendly. We had a deluxe studio and we loved it, clean and spacious, bed was also really comfortable and big. Hotel was quiet at night since the bar closes at 10:30 pm. They offer a free lift to the private beach close by and even came there with us, playing music and offering beers, since we had the all-inclusive :) To Cabarete they offer a shuttle service but it should be cheaper. For 4 days they offered 50 US dollars deal, but since we were only going there 1-2 times it was cheaper for us to pay 10$ US per way. So we went once ad paid 20$ return, which is quite expensive for such a short ride.

Große Enttäuschung !
Neues, modernes, sauberes Hotel - ohne jegliche Atmosphäre. Fast permanente laute Musik. Frühstück miserabel. Kein Zimmerservice. Liegt inmitten verlassener verfallender Hotel-Ruinen, deprimierend. Strand in 10 Autominuten zu erreichen - und völlig mit Plastikmüll verdreckt. Das einzige, was internationalem Standard entspricht - ist wohl der Preis. Das Hotel könnte überall stehen - keinerlei Bezug zur DomRep ... Und bei Kreditkartenzahlung kostet es 10% mehr. Das war bei der Buchung auf Hotels.com verschwiegen worden. Am wohlsten fühlt sich dort nach unserem Eindruck das Personal ...

Ganske fint til pengene
Der er ingen tvivl om at personalet hygger sig med fest musik og venlighed. Sov ikk særlig godt der pga larm fremtil kl23 - alt er flot og nyt men ikke fem stjerner. Maden var til gengæld super god og manglede intet under all inclusive- man kunne få alt hvad man ønskede. Det lå langt væk fra surfer stranden og byen.
