"Rooms are clean. Hotel should ensure hot water as winter is setting in. We stayed in Room 109 where we could get only lukewarm water even after keeping the tap open for 5 minutes. "

"Do not be misled by the pictures. The location and surroundings are unsafe, especially for women travelling alone. The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic, and there is hardly any staff support. Even at the reception, the attitude is unwelcoming, which sets the tone for the rest of the stay. This place is definitely not suitable for solo female travellers and can turn into a very uncomfortable experience. This hotel is right in front of the slum. No street lights very unsafe to walk around....

"The stay was average at best. The buffet breakfast is topped up at around 7:15AM and neglected thereafter. The staff at the restaurant is least bothered and there’s no option of having fresh breakfast made for you despite your willingness to pay. I booked the hotel looking at the reviews about the food. "We arrive say this Hotel after flying all night from Manila. The surrounding areas weee dirty . Furthermore they said that they don’t have any confirmation from expedia so they had no room for us . Not sure who screwed this up but overall a very lousy experience. I didn't get to see the-rooms so I really can’t comment on the hotel quality. When i spoke with the hotel yhey said they don’t deal with Expedia . "
