"Was in a central part of Gurgaon, Dehli and shops and hospitals were accessible by foot. The hotel staff were lovely and they went above and beyond to make my monthly stay enjoyable. The dining room staff (Pinky, Neema, Pradeep and Jasmine) were so lovely and in reception (Aastha, Kapil, Banti) very helpful. Room service was great but sometimes they could not provide the options that I wanted. But this was not a worry as they have Haldirams and Starbucks next door. The hotel needed a little more...

"Very decent property at a great price, staff was very nice!"

"The room was not clean and I had bugs all over the place. The bathroom towels were smelly and dirty, and it seemed they had kept used towels as they appeared dirty. Parking is on the roadside with stray dogs roaming around. That was on scary ordeal. I was assigned the room on the third floor which was right next to the pickle ball court, on Sunday 9 AM I could barely sleep. Same with lifts they were not clean. Cleanliness is Basic regardless of what hotel it is - which this hotel fails...
