Booked months in advance, I would think that some kind of check and balance system to make sure rooms are ready would be in place. The place is decently clean and not terrible, but certainly dated. You’re getting exactly what you pay for. "

We needed to be in Red Deer but this was closest with a space and perfectly suited our needs. "Up charged a significant amount for the weekend. Overflowing garbage bins were right outside the door, making it so windows couldn’t be opened due to the smell. Poorly maintained. The room had multiple plastered holes in the wall. The furniture was stained and dirty. Every step and movement from upstairs could be heard in the room."

"The breakfast that was included was very good. The restaurant along side the hotel was Boston Pizza with an excellent lunch menu. They were able to switch us from a room with kingsize bed to two queen size beds at no additional charge which was much more comfortable for two."
