"I got there to check in at 2:30 and their check in is at 2:00, so coo, the parking lot is empty, I’m here early and I can get a room. I ask for a ground floor because I’m in an arm sling and cannot carry anything with that arm. This place has outside doors so you can literally park 10 feet from your room. That’s what I was hoping for since the place was nearly empty at that time The grump, unfriendly worker/manager/whatever puts me in a room on the ground floor at the far end of the hall. Not ideal for me, but perfectly doable. I make several trips to my car and start to get settled, and I notice the room doesn’t have a refrigerator, as advertised in their booking ad. I go back to the grump and ask about it. I need a refrigerator for food and drinks from several days on the road. He angrily yells, “Then you’ll have to go on the second floor!” Okay, I’m not going to argue with this ahole, fine. So this pos puts me on the second floor, as far from the parking lot as he could. I could have argued, but it was for only one night, I’ll make it work. I didn’t want my car keyed, or water shut off. I recommend not staying with these nasty people that run this hotel. "
