"The staff was wonderful in helping us switch rooms because the door lock was stuck and would not open. The room they switched us to was clean but the air conditioning was loud and kept shutting down. The tub was missing the enamel so there was a big brown spot that you had to work around while taking a shower. I was really disappointed in this property and it lacks necessary maintenance"

"We booked two rooms for a family reunion. We both rooms has two queen beds and were extremely clean. Parking was easy and check in was even easier. My kids loved the free breakfast and wanted to eat there every morning. We would definitely come back and stay again."

"The hotel feels like a resort and the staff are all in tune to be helpful. That’s rare and makes me really want to return for another stay. The breakfast was provided with more than ample portions. It seemed even the other guests were having a peaceful stay. The receptionist was extremely kind and lifted my spirits."

"Our handicap accessible room was very spacious. We had alot of hot and cold breakfast items too choose from with fresh fruit. The free parking and airport shuttle made our choice to stay at this location very easy. The hotel is located near shopping, restaurants and the Arizona State University. It is not far from downtown Phoenix so ride share is affordable if you choose not to drive. The staff was very nice and made sure we were comfortable during our five night stay."

"It’s perfect"

"Very comfortable and clean and had great amenities. I love that they let you borrow kitchen appliances. Only confusing thing was how the stove and timer were interconnected. Regardless, very comfortable and the shower also works great and they have the bottles of body wash and shampoo installed in the shower. Air conditioning also works great. The staff was also cool for the most part."
