"The property is immaculate and beautiful. The staff is extremely wonderful and friendly. What I don't like is the sale pitch, and the confusion of which property they assign your room. Definitely an improvement needed in room selection when booking. There are two properties, the main resort and the sister resort behind the main. This was the sixth time I came to this resort, never had any issues with room assignment until this time. They wanted to put me in the sister property which requires golf cart transportation to take you back and forth. I told them I booked the same room as the last five times and I was always given room at the main resort. They told me that was not the case, we went back and forth for almost an hour at check-in. Finally, they found me a room on the main property but it was an upgraded room and I would have to pay the upgraded fees. More back and forth, they told me they would waive the upgrade fees if we came to the sale pitch for 1 hour the next day. On our anniversary day, we came to meet them and more back and forth. My husband and I were really irritated at this point, it's our anniversary trip/day and we are going thru this BS. I finally told them I would pay for the upgraded fees so we don't have to do this again for the remaining of the trip. It was very disappointing, I've always recommended this resort to all of my friends and anyone asking about Cabo. As a matter of fact my sister came with us this time and she also loved the "
