Once to our room, the door wouldn’t open because the inside latch was “caught.” While trying to get it open, we realized there was someone in the room that we were trying to enter. We addressed it with the staff at the desk, who kept saying she couldn’t understand why “they” would have put two of us in that room. The next morning at breakfast, she admitted...

"Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good."

"Beds were super soft and tall, dont sleep on the edges cause you'll end up rolling off. The breakfast was disappointing. Came down 30 mins before it ended. The lady who was in charge wouldn't make more eggs. The tater tots were all squished. She was outside smoking. On the patio throwing her cigarette butts on the ground. Other staff members came down at the end of breakfast to take what was left..but there wasn't much left."

"Arguably one of the loudest Hotels I have ever stayed in. Maybe it was the room location, since I was on the first floor down a bit from the lobby. It wasn't particularly the people staying in the hotel that were loud, just normal everyday actions were loud. (Someone clearing their throat, coughing, regular conversation or normal T.V. volume, etc.) Even in my room, the doors that that would connect two rooms together, you could see light coming from the next room through it.
