"Service was excellent. I was placed in the room I requested, thank you for that!! The bed was wonderful, I really appreciated the fact that the AC wasn't leaving the room muggy and damp like some do. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The attendants were awesome and hard workers! I like using the app to unlock the doors, it's a great convenience perk! Upon arrival I found a dirty floor in my room. I ended up asking for a vacuum and cleaned the floor myself - the front house manager did offer to do it many times, and apologized many times but my daughter was in the shower and I just wanted it done so I did it myself. I doubt this is the norm, one-offs happen - everything else made up for it. Thanks!"
