"My last stay here was good. Unfortunately this one was not so good. I booked a king & only 2 queen was available. One bed has pretty firm & one very soft. The bathroom floor was sticky and there was mold onthe shower caulking. Towels were grimy looking but bed Linens ok. I was disappointed because I like to give local businesses my money. Not worth the money. "

"Wonderful experience, breakfast was great, everyone was nice and we would go back again."

"We stay at the Columbus Inn every time we are in Columbus for the weekend. We like that the hotel is clean, staff is friendly and you can't beat the price. They have updated many things in all of the years we have stayed there. The beds are comfortable which is hard to find in most motels. We will keep staying there as it is our "go to" hotel in Columbus, Nebraska!"

"Weekend visit. Had a problem with the TV and were not able to fix it I assume because maintenance wasnt working on the weekend. After a day I was switched to another room. Would have been appropriate to have updates from the front desk as to what was happening and when. No offer of a partial refund. Not what I expect from this chain."
