"We booked this hotel as a half way point on our way to Niagara Falls. From the moment we checked in the staff we incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the amenities were nice. My family enjoyed swimming in the pool. It’s near a chilis which was nice to stop and have dinner. If ever in the area again we would stay again!"

"There were big blood stains on the carpet and things in the room were not cleaned very well overall. The breakfast is supposed to be till 9:30 but most of it was cleaned up around 9:15. The young gentleman was very kind and professional when we checked in the but the lady that checked us out did not have the same level of professionalism. "The hotel itself was nice, just as pictured & conveniently located, served its purpose. The room was nice a bit larger than expected & beautiful river view however to be a newer I was surprised that our initial room smelled like mildew/mold. The smell came from the bathroom which was right by the entrance so soon as you walk in it hit you. I believe due to the showers not having doors the water escapes into the flooring or somewhere. They graciously gave us another room which was better smell...

"Easy parking, clean room, great place to stay!"

"Bathroom smelled funny and when we looked under the sink, it was covered in black mold and wall board was "not there". Mirror was worn and paint chipped off. On the other hand, breakfast was decent and the folks working there were very nice! In general terms, the room is basically suited for 1 person. There is very limited dresser/drawers to unpack clothes as it were. as a result, you kinda need to live out of the suitcase which we don't like."
