"The location is great and has easy access to the mall,botanical gardens and Lake Victoria. The menu is varied and caters for both local and European food. The front desk staff are very helpful and some like Judith and Heidi,were especially friendly and helpful in sorting out any transport or room issues.I was even provided a complimentary foot massage by the in-house Linora salon and spa ,whose staff additionally provided great pedocures and manicures. "Bed was comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is basic but very clean. No AC; no fan but when we asked for a fan they accommodated our request. Nice flower garden setting outside for breakfast. "
