"The Microtel is my home away from home. I have been staying there, when I'm in town, for about five to six years. It's convenient, clean, centrally located, the staff is exceptional and the breakfast is good. I don't stay anywhere else."

"The desk clerk had his hands tied and could not turn the air on without authorization, so we opened the windows that had no screen and got a fan and put that in the open window of our room. Breakfast was served from 7 to 10 and by the time I got there at 8, there was no fruit, yogurt or juice. The eggs were fried and the sausage luke warm. No milk for the cereal. "We have always loved staying at the Woodcliff, however, it seems like things have changed. Our room wasn't ready at 4:30, when check in was at 4:00. We waited until 5:30 to get in. The room itself was less attractive and maintained (miss matched glasses, fading paint, rough furniture etc.). The volume on the TV didn't work. The room was very cold, but, it wouldn't "heat" beyond 70. The staff were very nice. We didn't complain, but, we won't be staying there again."

"When we checked in, there wasn't any electricity because of wind.Thousands of people were out. We were only out for an hour or so we got into our room and went swimming for awhile. We were offered cookies and water. So a situation that's started bad turned out to be a great stay. Daughter also appreciated vegan sausage"
