"I honestly loved my stay with Privada, they have amazing customer service!! Everyone we spoke with was so nice and helpful. We loved the amenities provided as well, especially the beach set up including chairs, a cooler, and snorkeling gear. We rented out an umbrella for $50 for 2 days which completed the set up and made it easy for our beach trips. We ended up running into a small issue with the umbrella and I reached out through the app and the staff was able to fix the issue very quickly....

"We stayed in the double room, which is great for families because it has two rooms separated by a door and a large shared bathroom with entry from both rooms. The hotel is clean and well maintained, staff very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, right across the street from Eagle beach. The parking is easy, a large private lot right behind the hotel.

"House of Mosaic is a one of a kind hotel.On our arrival at the front door, we were warmly greeted by Fernando, who is the owner of the property. He showed us to our room which happened to be the honeymoon suite.
He gave us a tour of the room and explained how everything worked and answered all questions we had. Showed us where extra supplies were kept in case we needed them.
He even offered us the use of two beach chairs for when we went to the beach.
He also had prepared a light meal for us...

"Everything was perfect except the room. The room was not what we had paid for and the lights kept turning on and off automatically during the night causing sleep to be disrupted. The ceiling fan would also automatically turn on middle of the night, it was hard to sleep with those happening and then the bathroom and water had a sewage smell the whole time we were staying there."

It had everything we needed from dish soap and sponges to an entire clothes rack for our bathing suits, etc. the grounds were gorgeous, pool was perfect, location excellent. Beach is also beautiful.
