"acilities are excellent – the indoor pool, health club and spacious grounds made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The location within St George’s Park itself adds a special touch.
The staff were outstanding from start to finish – friendly, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble and they really made our stay feel special.
Food was another highlight. Meals were consistently good, with plenty of tasty options that suited the whole family. The kids were well looked after and the family-friendly atmosphere made everything stress-free.
Overall it was a great stay with excellent facilities, wonderful service and good food. We’ll definitely be back!"
"Stopped for a couple of nights loved it the staff where so helpful. We had Sunday lunch in Isaacs fantastic and not to bad a price. The lifts were not the best but I believe 1 wasn't working.

Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - City Centre by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The room as always very clean, lovely large walk in shower with toiletries. Very helpful friendly staff. A very good buffet breakfast with everything you could want. Staying here again later in the year."
"Staff were fantastic, food lovely, room and shower great. Common areas such as bar, reception etc as nice as they were, were FREEZING cold and not pleasant to be in without wrapping up! No Sky TV despite the staff thinking there was?! Others commented on this too. DO NOT BOOK the UNDERGROUND hotel parking if you have anything larger than an average hatchback! Despite me enquiring about parking no one said how difficult it is to access in a medium - large car. We managed but would not book again. I feel this should be pointed out. We will book the multi-storey car park opposite next time. With a few tweaks this would be an unbeatable hotel for central Birmingham. We will definitely stay again when they have such a good rate offered. Normal rate is expensive. Pillows good - beds quite hard if you prefer a softer mattress."
"Great for an overnight stay. Buffet breakfast pretty good but nothing special. Restaurant menu very limited. Location is awful for the city. I'd say a great night's sleep if you are using their conference facilties. Wouldn't stay again for a city break."
"Very nice hotel, convenient to NEC, train station and airport. There is a nice park next door with food trucks. The room was cozy, bed was comfortable and the towels were big and lush. Nice lobby bar and restaurant."
