"Lovely quiet location on the edge of Cartmel with good road connections to the tourist areas of the Lakes. The place was spotless and well equipped but they really do only include bedding, towels and loo roll. Whatever else you need make sure you take it with you. It lacked hanging space for clothes in the bedroom and any place to put your cases. We were surprised it was a semi detached building, we could hear a lot of noise, especially doors closing in the attached unit. I would still recommend...

"Lovely Cottage in excellent location close to All amenities in the town centre Clean comfortable with everything you would require a real Home from Home wold not Hesitate in recommending this property"

"It was a lovely location, a great place for a weekend getaway for couples. "

"Great central location so easy to walk everywhere in Kendal - ideal for out party who could then nip to shops, out for meals etc. Lovely property top to bottom. And a nice welcome gift for us too. Thank you to the hosts."

"it was an excellent location for our trip to cartmel races ,very clean and tidy and a spoons on your doorstep, what more could you want"

"We had a great stay at 112 Balmoral - Ali was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even left us ice pops in the freezer due to hot weather which went down a treat!! Very close to the beach and a nice quiet area with plenty of parking spaces."
