Oda ve otel hakkında genel yorum

Otel yeni olduğu için oldukça temiz ve eşyalar kullanılmadığı için konforluydu. Ancak, yeni olmasının getirdiği bir kaç ilerlemeye ihtiyaç var. Banyoda havlu asacak askı bulunmuyor. Hem el, hem duş havlusu için ihtiyaç var. Bir de oda iki bölümden oluşuyor, ışık sistemi ise kısmi olarak yanmıyordu, ya tam açmak, ya tam kapalı olması gerekiyor. Oysa oturma bölümü ile yatma bölümü duvar ile ayrı, ışık sistemi de bağımsız olsa güzel olur. Banya lavabo çok küçük kullanım açısından, hemen yanında fön makinesinin olması da hareket alanını daraltıyor. Biz tek gece kaldığımız için idare ettik, ama bir kaç gün kalım için kullanışlı değil ne yazık ki. Onun haricinde personel oldukça ilgiliydi, tekrar yorgan istedik ve hemen teslim edildi. Hizmet konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Zayıf Hizmet, İlgisiz çalışanlar.

İlk defa check in sırasında bir otelde 30 dk bekledim. İki aile iki farklı oda tutmamıza rağmen ikimiz de bekledik. Sebep olarak odada kalanların uyuya kaldığı söylendi ikimize de. Check in saati olan 14.00’de orada olup da ne sebeple olursa olsun 30 dk beklemek hoş değildi. Sonrasında oda kapısının içten kitlenmediğini, küçük çocuğumuz olduğu için sürekli kapıyı açtığını ilettik 2 defa. İlgilenilmedi. Son olarak ise Uludağ dönüşü yorgun argın odaya kadar çıkıp kartların kapıyı açmaması tuzu biberi oldu. Odaya çıkarken da resepsiyona selam vermiştik. Sistemde güncelleme yapmışlar. Bunu bize bildirip kartları yukarı çıkmadan aktifleştirebilirlerdi.
