"Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead. The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use. They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations....

Our corner king suite was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly clean, with breathtaking mountain views that made our stay even more special. One of our favorite touches was the complimentary wine and appetizer hour each evening. Such a nice way to unwind after a day of exploring! We also loved the atmosphere of the bar area, and the breakfast was delicious. What really stood out was the exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was professional, kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything Asheville has to offer. From the beautiful accommodations to the thoughtful amenities and outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations.
