"Although this hotel is very old and could use some updates. The rooms were very clean, the customer service was 10 and the breakfast was very very good and plentiful. The only issue we had was the parking, when we returned from the Fallsview theatre all the parking spaces were filled and we had to park at their lot around the corner. It wouldn’t have been so bad if t wasn’t so cod and snowy. They are located directly across from Fallsview but again being disabled the snow stopped us from walking over. Otherwise we were pleasantly surprised at what we got for the low pricing we paid so close to the casino and falls. We will definitely return. "

"Staff gave me an unexpected upgrade on my room. Super grateful for the gorgeous River view. The facilities were luxurious and the staff welcoming. My only concern was the entrance way - more slat and preventative measures to ensure guests don’t slip on ice or snow at the entrance. "

"Great location, room was very clean (6th floor with a jacuzzi tub). Parking is nice, right behind the building. Hotel is quiet, and Coco’s restaurant is fantastic. The only thing (just bad timing for us I guess) is that there was only one elevator working. They were getting a new elevator & it hadn’t arrived yet. I hope once they get the new elevator, they do the same with the existing elevator….pretty rickety. But overall we always love this place. "
