However, it would have been nice to have been told in advance about the large ‘function’ being held during our stay which meant there was security everywhere and the restaurant was closed. The on site Starbucks also served me a dairy flat white, despite asking for oat milk three times and checking with them. There was only one working elevator out of three, and being on the 14th floor, stairs weren’t...

"We loved our stay at Ellis House. The room was small but cozy with it's own en-suite bathroom. Everything was very clean. Vindyha, the owner, was super friendly and responsive. We loved the little patio at the front of the house and enjoyed our breakfast there.
