On arrival despite a panic alarm having been sounded elsewhere in the property the staff member was calm, professional and friendly throughout. Special mention to the Starbucks staff who greeted us with a warm friendliness on the two occasions we visited. Overall excellent hotel. "

"Room was exactly what I expected; clean, all facilities provided and comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great area, and overall I feel I got good value for money! Check in was convenient and quick, and check out was the same. "

"First time users of Leonardos. Will definitely use again. Centre of Cardiff and everything in walking distance. Hotel breakfast fab with something for everyone. Room fab. Not a great view and shower was warm rather than hot . Staff fantastic especially the reception staff. All in all an enjoyable few days. We will be back."
