"From front desk to the restaurant, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Delicious food and great service. Would highly recommend. Beware that the garage on premises will barely accommodate compact cars - even medium size won’t fit. There is a parking garage nearby though that will fit any size."

"Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend "

"Room was spacious and very clean. And the staff were so nice and friendly. Also the breakfast was great, but it’s Germany so of course all the food is amazing. I can’t wait to visit again and would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was clean, comfortable, and the lovely hostess was very welcoming. This hotel is on the side of a hill which is icy in the winter. There are also many stairs, so this hotel would not be a good choice for those with mobility issues. The view from the window was incredible, like a storybook."
